Me and Cakes!
I’m Caroline and I’m a professional Pastry Chef / Cake Designer. I love all things pretty and sweet. I am a Le Cordon Bleu alumni and co-own Carben Food + Drink with my husband.
My cakes are for ALL to enjoy - inclusivity is very important to me. I am also eco-conscious with my cakes and my packaging - learning and improving.
I am here to share and create pretty, simple, and whimsical cakes (and all sorts of desserts) for your special day.
